This is a new favorite of mine. My daughter found this brunch spot on her own and wanted to celebrate her 17th birthday here. It is a quaint establishment in Castro Valley that is always busy because the food is simple and delicious. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered and the ambiance is relaxed and friendly. The physical experience is this: you walk in and need to meander over to the counter to place your order. They have pastries and sweets at the counter that you can order as well. Once you place your order you locate a place to sit as this establishment is open seating. If you are hungry they have chips and salsa for you and water. I find this to be a really nice touch so you serve yourself chips / salsa and just chill until your food arrives. Patrons here are friendly this place is very family friendly. I especially like the picnic area outside where I imagine people who want to be outdoors would get their food to go and eat at the picnic table where there is shade and some privacy. Love this place You should come here

Large portions! Amazing food! I got my order to go, but wasn’t disappointed with the food. I got enough to share. Chicken and waffles with spicy syrup and eggs with home fries was divine, definitely will order again. Tried the cookie croissant it was rich, and yummy! I’ll definitely dine in next time, I can see why they are busy.

The breakfast food is really good with a very pretty presentation. Walking in it was a little confusing. We had never been there before and there isn't any clear signage telling you how or where to order. You walk in and it looks like a regular dine in restaurant, so you think you will be greeted and seated, but it doesn't work like that. You order at the counter and then sit. It did seem a little pricey for the level of service you get though.

Breakfast was delicious. Huge proportions. I ordered the prime rib mococ loco style, and my daughter ordered the chicken and waffles. We were both happy with our food. Had to get a box for the leftovers because it was a lot. We will be coming back, even if it's just for their giant cinnamon rolls. Friendly staff, good food, and easy parking.

This is an order your food and pay at the counter first, get a number, and find any table. The waitress will bring the food to your desired table. We ordered the Ube stuffed French toast and Denica's Scramble. Everything was delicious! I've been here before and will continue to come back.

Walked in and immediately loved the cozy, welcoming vibe. The pastries looked amazing, so I had to grab one along with my breakfast. The chorizo scramble was flavorful, and the pancakes were fluffy. The service was friendly but a little slow during peak hours. Prices are fair for the portion sizes. The atmosphere is great for a casual brunch, though it can get a bit noisy when it's packed. Overall, a solid spot for fresh, homemade-style food.
